CMS AS successfully passed all processes following comprehensive inspection by Lloyd's Register surveyors and renewed its certification. We share what went on behind the scenes of this achievement.
Lloyd's Register, with over 260 years of history, is one of the world's leading independent inspection bodies in maritime and industrial safety. Certification from this organization is one of the strongest references of trust for international clients.
Audit Process
In the 3-day audit process completed last month, welding procedures, quality control records, material certificates and employee competency documents were meticulously examined. Positive results were obtained from all 47 checkpoints.
Process Improvements
Compared to the previous audit, improvements made particularly in the digital documentation system were praised. The WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) compliance rate of welding operators has reached 100%.
The certificate renewal is a concrete indicator of CMS AS's commitment to continuous quality improvement and strengthens our export capacity in international projects.
